You agree that, except for data stored on Kognito Products which comprises your student record to which you are entitled to access under applicable law, you will not disclose any portion of Kognito Products to any other person or entity, as Kognito Products contains the confidential and proprietary material of Kognito and doing so would result in serious financial harm to Kognito, for which you may be held personally liable.
